I have been in the appraisal business for over 30 years. The industry commands timely reports and customer service. I found myself in a printer/computer jam last weekend. I called someone I used to rely on as an emergency. Nowhere to be found. I called several places, but wanted someone local, that I can develop a long term business relationship with. He promptly called me back and said he can have someone over on Monday. The tech showed up on time and identified the problem and fixed it promptly.
